New construction 5-story, 30 microunit development designed to respond to Miami’s climate, culture, and urban character. The building’s distinctive façade combines sculpted balconies, perforated metal screening, and vibrant coastal-inspired accents to create a memorable architectural identity while enhancing resident comfort and privacy.
