Allapattah Art Studio

Description:

Custom art studio for a prominent Miami artist. The architecture responds to the site’s industrial character by reimagining the rich heritage of Florida Modernism. Concrete double tees and lush native planting enliven the neighborhood’s artistic and cultural fabric. 

High ceilings and expansive open areas are tailored to support large-scale artistic projects, while strategically placed glass, fixtures, and engineering systems ensure abundant natural light and enhanced building performance.
